I hired Kelly to take on our accounting and tax preparation for 2023 taxes. I consistently checked in prior to April 15 and was assured that my taxes would be completed on time. However, on the evening of Tax Day, I was informed that an extension would need to be filed. I remained patient and understanding, trusting that the taxes would be filed by the extended deadline. After signing and assuming everything had been submitted, I later discovered that my taxes were not filed as promised.

Despite paying in full for the service, I had to hire another accountant to address the issue, which resulted in additional interest and fees due to the missed filing deadline. Communication throughout the process was poor, with weeks passing before receiving responses to my inquiries.
Additionally, I requested a refund, and we agreed on a partial refund; however, after months, I have yet to receive it. Communication has been extremely poor, with weeks passing between responses. Each time, I am assured the refund has not been forgotten and that it will be issued as soon as possible, but it still has not been resolved.
