Online quote for the value of my car was validated by Car Max personnel and a cashier check was issued. The service personnel were very professional and made sure I was comfortable with my decision to sell and that I was not leaving any money on the table. All in all it was a very satisfying experience without any hard sell etc. I left with the impression that they are professional, honest and fair.

I had a wonderful experience at CarMax in Langhorne, PA!!!

The online process was quick, easy, and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days.

Upon entering the facility, I was welcomed by a friendly Mackenzie who introduced me to James.

James walked me through the entire process, which was seamless. James was polite, professional, well informed and he answered all of my questions.

The entire process was so enjoyable that I informed Damon & Michael (Managers) of my positive experience.

I would definitely recommend this CarMax location to anyone!

Their offer was higher than any other buying service by far. Much higher also than the dealer offered in trade. Process took awhile but went smoothly. Employees were friendly. They honored the original offer sheet with no issue. Walked out with a check in about an hour.

I visited this location and very good customer service. I had a walk-in visit and had to wait for more than 3 hours, but that was on me. They were able to take care of selling the car. Very good rates and experience. Definitely recommend this place. Smooth and easy process. Consider carmax in seeling your car. They got kids area. They got free and good wifi . The restrooms are clean. There is a vending machine to purchase snacks. Cole definitely gets a shout-out for customer service!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Run a carfax on any vehicle, you’re going to purchase from this company! I wish I would’ve known!!! They use auto check which 90% of the time does not pick up car accidents! The car we purchased was in an accident and now CarMax won’t take responsibility for lying to us.. We were told we didn’t do our diligence (By the GM Damien)And we should’ve ran the VIN number with Carfax.. Even though they advertise the vehicle with no accidents and showed us an auto check, saying that the vehicle was never in an accident.. The only reason why we found out is because the car is having a lot of Mechanical issues including water coming in to the car.
Its a fire hazard!!!
I urge anyone that has been taken advantage by this company to contact the Attorney General. We filed a complaint with them.
We also are obtaining an attorney.

I had a great experience selling my car to CarMax. The website was very easy to use, and I was able to quickly complete the questionnaire and get a competitive estimate for my car. After accepting the offer, I scheduled an appointment for the following day.

When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who greeted me explained where to sit and that they would call my name shortly. It was a Saturday, so I expected it to be busy, but the hour-long wait was a bit frustrating, especially since I had an appointment. That said, the team was polite and efficient once it was my turn.

The person I worked with was very friendly and walked me through the entire process. Signing the paperwork was quick and easy, and I left with a check for the agreed-upon amount, hassle-free. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’ll most likely return in a few months to sell my wife’s car when she’s ready for her next vehicle.

Highly recommend CarMax for anyone looking to sell their car!
