The apartments are infested with bugs, not only these two but many different species!! I tried letting her know to no avail! Not only that but she's very rude! Do not move here they charge you way too much for this subpar standard of living! The aprtments are old and not remodeled they will move you into a decaying apartment!

Living there was great, it’s a good first apartment. It’s cheap but the apartment is nice. It’s quiet, when something happens and maintenance has to come
They are there within a day or so. My only issue is moving out and getting the deposit back. I don’t know if it’s change of management that’s making it this hard. But, I made my payments on time while staying there, I gave a month and change of when I was planning on moving out. And I travel a lot so I was barely there. So the apartment was left almost new and I cleaned it myself. Yet, I haven’t gotten my deposit back. I keep getting someone will call
You back. And no one does. And I have few off days where I can go pick it up myself. And each of those days I call and get the same line. I’ll update this when I actually get it.

I dont understand the bad reviews on here, perhaps I just got lucky with my experience. I love my aparment. It's quiet here and my neighbors are nice. Emily, who works at the front desk, is understanding and very sweet. Whenever I've had a problem with anything, I've told them and maintenance has come and fixed it for me. I haven't had any problems with bugs, loud neighbors, the landlord, or anything else.

For this being my first apartment ever, I'm very happy with it.

The current landlord suck, she will not tell the maintenance guys to fix anything. These apartments are molded and they will not do anything about it. I have a friend that stayed out there and reported the mold to them and they did nothing about it. They rather build fences around the perimeter instead of seal the apartments to keep the mold out that could cause death, Do not move here. This is the honest truth.!

The negative reviews that have popped up lately are by the kinds of people no one would want as a tenant. The new management has been a godsend for this complex. Things that WERE being neglected such as maintenance and updates are being fixed with expedience by kind and professional staff. They are weeding out the bad renters and raising the standards of living for everyone. I have been treated with nothing but courtesy and respect since day one, and I couldn't be happier. The new management regularly stays after house to help with concerns and even fixed a years long water issue that previous proprietors had ignored. They have power washed the building, cut away overgrowth, fixed the dense, gotten new dumpsters, improve security, updated plumping and appliances, re-keyed the locks, fixed door seals, replaced old AC units, fixed the stairs and handicap access points, improve outside lighting, repair and repainted the parking lot, and are STILL continuing to work hard to please GOOD TENANTS while getting rid of those that have been bringing down the quality of living here. I regularly recommend this business to my friends new to the area because the current management are BUILDING A COMMUNITY. Anyone of sounds mind would be happy to live here.

When I saw some of the negative reviews here, I was a bit wary. But the current landlord gets a lot done and does a good job making sure the apartments are clean, peaceful and get maintance done quickly. Good Communication skills. The only draw back to these apartments is if you want to do shopping or go anywhere you need to go either jacksonville or sherwood to get what you need/want.

My daughter and I lived there for about a year and a half and was very convenient and staff and maintenance was on top of it as I hoped. Her bus picked her up at front of apts. I was happy and at peace in these apts.No one bothered me and I didn't bother anybody.My all and all experience was great. Thank you

DO NOT MOVE HERE PERIOD! THERE HAS BEEN A HUGE INFLUX OF PEOPLE MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF THE OWNERS WIFE SHE IS VERY NICKPICKY AND HAVE RUINED THESE APARTMENTS. THE MANAGER IN THE PAST WAS AWESOME BUT SHE LEFT BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS AND NOW THE OWNER’S WIFE IS ON SITE RUINING THIS BUSINESS. HE IS NICE BUT SHE IS VERY RUDE AND IT WOULD BE IN YIUR BEST INTEREST TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE RAGGED APARTMENTS
