If the broker tells 24 hours delivery or direct delivery is not true anymore this place goes by an appointment, checked in 7pm guard shack told me that I don’t have an appointment said we have the earliest appointment by midnight I went to the truck stop about 5 miles came back midnight they unload slowly it takes 1.5 hours NO OVERNIGHT PARKING

Just maintain yr appointment time . U can’t come in early. Unloading is quick . No overnight parking.

Bunch of lazy people 45 minutes to unload 6 palettes... I arrived at 14.30 and the lady at the guards was rude and didn't even let me stop to make a phone call to reschedule my appointment.... narrow road to get over there and narrow lot and NO OVERNIGHT PARKING

Last week I stayed at the wonderful Chautauqua Harbor Hotel while visiting my parents. First time I’ve seen them since the pandemic quarantine. Every morning I would run to Starbucks, enjoy a latte, and run back. I ran on Jackson both ways. I have never experienced the level of kindness and respect while sharing the road with others as I did with the truck drivers who were coming and going from Regal Services and Cummings. I passed many trucks going in and out and up and down Jackson. Every single driver was extremely careful while passing me. I felt safe and cared about. Nice experience. Thank you drivers .

Everybody talking about how nice the security guard was, that was not my experience at all. Maybe she is having a bad day? It seems like they expect you to know exactly what to do and where to go even tho you never been there.
