My experience was perfectly fine, I work just up the road so I dropped my wheel an new tire tire off to get swapped over and picked it up after work, wasn't the cheapest but the service was good I suppose.

I just think this place is great, truly. I've been there now three times in the last couple months and they've all been not only very cool, but professional, fair, empathetic, and the mechanics are quick! Their pricing is fantastic, blows local competitors out of the water imo. They'll usually have or find availability within a week's time, they get parts super fast- these guys know the stress of vehicle maintenance and it shows.
My car feels fantastic after today's repairs. Thank you so much guys, I'll surely be a repeat customer!!

Mr. Tire and it's amazing staff helped me out on super short notice. I loaned my car to a friend who accidentally put a small crack in the oil pan. I found this out as I was leaving for a weekend trip to Portland. I called six other shops before anyone even took the time to check and see how long it would take to swap out an oil pan. I purchased the pan, gasket, oil, and filter at an auto parts store and they installed everything within an hour of my arrival. All in all it was a 2 hour delay. My weekend went from impossible to enjoyable in no time flat. I cannot thank them enough.

They replaced my diffuser on my exhaust system when everywhere else said it was not possible and would just have to get a new exhaust. They also quicky diagnosed my wheel bearings that needed replacing all for under $600 bucks. So grateful and appreciative of the great work and great job. Thank you!!!!

Been going here for 20 years and had nothing but impeccable honest service. This visit- horrible communication, after having my vehicle for two days, said it was going to be another day. Not everyone can be without a vehicle for days for a simple tire change. If they had been upfront about the time-line in the beginning,or at least took the time to call, other arrangements could have been made. The whole experience definitely left a bad taste.
