Excellent, from my first conversation with staff at Majestic that they were knowledgeable not only on the legal aspects of a closing/settlement but professipnal and ethical. Prompt return calls and turn around of title service, courteous, efficient , no cutting corners but get it done attitude at a service cost that is no more than lesser performance agencies.
