Never use this company to rent a home or apartment,

They don't tell you the reality about rent, until they send you the contract, but first they make you pay a security deposit, if you decide not to rent because the clauses in their contract are not good for you, you lose that money.

They talk nice to you, but when you read the contract you have nightmares, it would be like living in a prison.

I lost the deposit because I read his contract and I refuse to sign it, because most of his demands are for people with money, you have to pay for everything, the tenant will not pay anything.

This company takes advantage of people looking for a place to rent don't tell you the truth of the demands to live there, until you read their contract.

Reading it you are afraid of so many things that you have to fulfill as a tenant, the pests are controlled by you, the appliances you take care of, the yard you, the humidity drip leaks all you, the company does not cover anything, any situation that requires a payment you have to pay for it or they evict you.

Privacy is still there is prohibited, they can enter your apartment at any time without warning.

You can raise your rent if I notice.

Think carefully before renting with these people, look for other options.

I had never worked with a property management company before and thanks to her I definitely will do it again. Maintenance was quick at resolving any issues if any, that may have come up .Communication is excellent with the entire property management team and I recommend anyone to check out their properties as they are nice, clean , pet friendly and affordably priced.

Increasing rent without fixing a water spicket I requested 8 months ago and I’ve basically renovated and maintained the house myself including having to replace the air filter myself, while you add no value whatsoever… greedy.

Need to be more lenient on those who are looking for a place. I had my first eviction of my life at 45 yrs old. Only because my landlord was being petty. But that stopped me from renting a place. You should be allowed one eviction in a 3 year period or something. Things happen to people sometimes that's not under their control.

Rented under one of their Elder Company properties. They scammed me out of my security deposit. Lived at one of the properties for 11 years.Over the years the time receive maintence got longer and longer. They never did basic maintenence such as paint, clean carpet etc but the rent kep going up. This year they put in cheap plastic toilets and "upgraded" shower heads which reduced water pressure. When I moved they refused to return my security deposit stating I didn't clean the unit and it wasn't move in ready. I lived there for 11 years so how could I make it move in ready. They charged me for cleaning the carpet when they should have replaced it, claimed i damage the shower-they just put in cheap shower heads, charged me for putting in a new air filter..just a few of the excuses to keep my money- and they never returned my key deposit either!

Known these people for years yes I have had a few minor things needed to be fixed, but that’s what living is, always treated me well and kind! Respect their property like it is your own and you will have zero issue I know that for a fact that’s what most renters don’t understand. It’s like asking someone to borrow their car when it’s on empty and you bring it back with no gas. Life isn’t a hand out you get what you give! Alright post moving out there were things I should of fix or changed but they took care of everything and I was just charged for cleaning like I said before if you take care of them they take care of you ! Thanks guys you are awesome

Honestly trinity handled business better then this company. I've had a hole in my floor for 4 months due to a broken pipe that was repaired. I told the office manager, after a month from the first time she said someone would be out, that it was becoming a problem and a safety hazard because I have two young children, one of which is just learning to walk. At this point both of them have fallin it or due to it, and stubbed their twos on the jagged exposed tile that's in my hall way. After being told four times that someone is coming to fix it, I'm just fed up. They clearly don't care about the safety of my family. Also the leak cost me hundreds of dollars in water and gas bills due to being a hot water pipe and after months of back and forth with the manager and hours on the phone with the water company and emailing summit time and time again I got $200 compensations which is not near the amount over I played in the 3 months the leak went on. This business needs new management completely from what I can tell. I've been nice despite their lack of concern and Malissa the manager has just been nothing but rude. Id look elsewhere for a rental because dealing with these people is just a headache.
