I love this office when my husband and i called we had a ton of questions and evan was able to answer them all. We were super uncertain about what we were doing and he made us feel so comfortable that is why we chose to go with him. Even though he is in waco he has an office in Harker heights and kat there is amazing she did the same and helped us in everything we needed. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Evan Simpson is a great Attorney. He saw me through the whole process. His staff Cat and Kirk are amazing as well.At times I was feeling a little over whelmed they along with the Lord were right by my side reassuring me everything was going to be alright. Substandard. I've had very little contact with, meeting him for the first time in court after only 1 or 2 phone brief chats. I had to repeatedly ask for documentation and updates. explaining anything, asking any questions, confirming anything directly to me. I didn't receive documentation until a couple of days ago, at the end of my case! Billable hours were not shared with me either. I received a few emails summarizing his interpretation of current status' (which were wrong). I received more information directly from the Court than I did my own attorney. Keep looking for another attorney if you're looking for a subject matter expert who is being paid for that expertise and you're expecting them to be transparent working on your behalf. He's fees are exorbitant compared to all of the other attorneys I've dealt with. He ensures all of his fees are paid up front and initially compared to anything else being paid; too so be aware of that. You're better off to do some research upfront so you can challenge and make demands of an attorney which really trumps the expense of hiring a subject matter expert.
