Platinum Properties of NWA was highly recommended to me by one of their current clients. I had signed with another property management company in NWA, and there were significant red flags from the start. Kelley and her team are very thorough and professional. It can be hard to trust another person/business with your properties, but these folks were great! Because of their exceptional service, my 80-year-old mother is now using their services. Stayed with them for 2 years.
They kept up with maintenance greatly and were always able to anwser questions in a nice timely manner! The management software that they use is very convenient for making maintenance requests, autopay and such. Kelly is a nice understanding manager that goes the extra mile to ensure both owners and renters are satisfied.

A story about them: when we were moving out to a new house, our new lease fell through and they were kind enough to extend our lease until we found a new place! They worked with us every step of the way.

Worst landlords we’ve had. You won’t hear from them when you ask a question but they’ll blow you up when they need something from you. Staff may be nice but as landlords they are the worst.
