Yeah, I’ve had enough. Too many red flags about this company and now I’m off to better deals, my money deserves way better and so does anyone that looks to this company, there’s better out there, keep looking! I wouldn’t apply for anything with this company again. They swindled me out of an application fee. I’ll make sure they don’t get one single cent again. Very poor way to conduct business. Shame on you Alex Janairo

Communication with Safe property management was nearly impossible. Pedro strung us along for 3 weeks all because we asked if the landlord was negotiable on the price. The reason we asked if it would be negotiable was because the price had jumped up $700 from April 30 to May 8 on Zillow. If the landlord had said no, we were willing to pay the full price, we just never got a clear answer from Pedro after calling every couple days for an update. We were totally blind sided when he said they went with another applicant who applied weeks after us. And it looks like that applicant fell through, because the home was just relisted on Zillow.

Thankfully we found another rental property last minute that was a better price, bigger, and newer with a much more efficient Rental management company. The Approval process was completed in one day.

If this is how Pedro and Alex at Safe Property Management communicate with potential tenants, I can only imagine what it’s like being one of their tenants or landlords. I feel that it is truly a blessing that this rental fell through.

P.S please before you reply with a passive aggressive comment like you do with all your negative reviews, maybe just reevaluate how you communicate with potential tenants in the future.

S.A.F.E. Property Management was recommended to us a few years ago when we bought a house in Fayetteville, and we have not been disappointed. We live out of state, planning to move there in a few years when we retire, so we wanted to rent it out in the meantime.
They quickly found tenants for us, vetted them carefully, and have monitored the home with regular checkups and reports and handled any maintenance issues we had. They are prompt and thorough in responding to any questions we have.
They are also very knowledgeable about the economic situation in the area, so they know what the rental market is like. We have confidence that they are getting the best value for us. There is no reason to consider anyone else than S.A.F.E. Property Management to manage our property.

Alex was incredibly helpful and considerate until we were unable to move in- we signed the lease but hadn't begun to move in at all. They kept our deposit, and claimed they would return our pet deposit, but we haven't gotten it. Alex has neglected to email or call us back, and is never at the office. If you're not giving SAFE money you're useless to them.

From move in date, they locked me out of my apartment for two days. Everything was online including the “guided tour” let myself in with a key on the door. Signed my lease electronically, but no one told me that I would need to physically meet with someone to get my key….. so I didn’t get the opportunity to plan accordingly hence, paid for a whole weekend that I didn’t have access to my apartment.

When I finally moved in and got to really looking around, there were rat holes in the floors, no one cleaned the oven, still sets off the fire alarm after I’ve cleaned it so obviously there is a gas leak somewhere. Air filters were rotting, refused to replace them. Piping floods the neighbors house so they shut my water off for days with no communication on when it would be fixed.

Their solution to this problem was to bring me a couple gallon jugs so I could flush, and turning my shower on for an hour a day but only after I BEGGED for extra time, had to BEG FOR A CLEAN BODY. because it was a weekend, mind you.

They had to take time off so I wasn’t allowed to shower.

They ask people to put up FALSE REVIEWS to bump their numbers. It’s a disgusting and HORRIFYING PLACE TO LIVE AND PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN LIVE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!

The maintenance guy Tele, is an effective and efficient person. Very respectful of your privacy and time frames. Solid work and always kind. Tele is the best!!! Peter was also very helpful when I couldn’t get in touch with the leasing agents. I believe he was even out of state and managed to be of great assistance.

The rental staff is polite enough to be civil, but to be quite honest made the move in process As DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE. They are located in the same city not even a few miles up the road from the property.
Saw a human being one time after days of COERCING.During the entire process from the viewing to the signing of the lease, was handled basically by me. With a person on a computer at the other end sending me codes.
When I was set to pick up my key, I wasn’t informed of the hours of operation or that I would have to finally meet with a human being after all this automated service I’d been doing. Plus had to pay twice the amount of moving fees because no one would work with me. All I needed was someone to hand me a key, the same key which they previously had locked to the door of the home in a safe for me to guide myself on a viewing.

When I asked about a discount on the next months rent for the day I missed they basically laughed in my face. I didn’t even ask for the reimbursement for the extra day I had to pay for moving fees because I understand it’s hard out here for everybody and I COULD just move it all myself.

Was Charged the full amount for a day that I didn’t even have the key for the property because they didn’t want to rewrite the paperwork. His exact words were “well the paper unfortunately says the 28th”………… they don’t care about their tenants as long as they are handing them almost a thousand dollars a month to file paperwork.

So big 0/10 for the people pushing papers.
