These sorry bastards sold me a defective toilet then refused to refund or change the item as "biohazard". I couldn't get it to not leak long enough to use it but don't buy anything important from Lowes. They WILL screw you out of your money. Go to Home Depot. You'll probably get nails in your tires soon if you go up there anyway for a long long time to come anyway. (You definitely will)

Had to get a new dryer and they had amazing deals going on appliances so i actually got to get washer to. First time ever having brand new matching set. They are great so far and had excellent customer service. They loaded them and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

My father is 76 year old Vietnam vet and retired police officer On two occasions in this store he has had complete smart things said to him and disrespect from employees. I called today Spoke to assistant manager Austin who refused his last name then he proceeded to speak over me and when I over talked him he hung up. No one will provide a district managers phone number? You can’t even find it on the internet just customer service. My father bought a washing machine there it tore up 6 months later instead of the disrespect he simply bought another one instead. Today he’s there because the window unit ac/heat went out after 3 months? He has no heat other than a space heater? Lowe’s is this how you treat your vets you speak so highly of?Corpeeate your doing good job on hiding from the public with no listing your DM’s phone numbers so you don’t have to deal any heat from selling cheap china junk for high profits. You got one star because there isn’t 0 star option. Hope your homes are warm while my dad has to use a space heater and come home to it freezing until I come back in February 13,25 Today is 1/9/25

Locating items is somewhat of a mess especially for building materials. At least you can use the app to look up the barcode and it will pull up what items you're looking at but it's somewhat cumbersome because items have small barcodes. No employees on floor to help customers find products they are moving about moving items around. Most items are randomly placed especially Lumber. Signage is horrible. Extend your stay for about an extra 20 minutes every time you go there just to get a few items. They can do better I've been to many Lowe's home improvement stores and they all exceed. Store seems to be a little rundown also if you look at the checkout counters the lane numbers are all crooked and ready to fall off. No chains on Lumber protectors and no signage for lumber. Parking lot need some attention also especially on the entrance down the main aisle between the department stores and the small businesses that are spread out throughout this area.

Employees are so helpful and really nice. The store is always clean and stocked. This store is one of the best home improvement stores around.

Plenty helpful inside ,just didn't have the right water tank fittings after paying 3300$+ for a washer fridge and hot water tank. You'd think that would be of higher importance

Couldn’t tell if they were even open when I pulled in. The front of the building was so dark I thought there was a power outage. Plus there were multiple tractor trailers parked in the lot taking up a lot of space and blocking Lowes off from the rest of the shopping center. The inside was large, clean, well organized.

Another horrible experience at the Lowe’s in Logan WV.

This is the 5th time is a 1 yr time period where the lack of communication, customer satisfaction and the sincere ability to handle and manage basic tasks is almost extinct.

I will say this falls 💯 on the manager and his/her ability to manage. We call this mismanagement. A tad more effort would be nice.

So.

Delivery order placed and paid for in full. Delivery date and time given to me by Lowe's at the time

Date and time arrive and there is no delivery along with zero communication as to why.

I have to go out of my way the next day to shake branches in order to get an update on my order.

I get transfered to a call center and customer care. The lady tells me my order is lost and CAN NOT be rescheduled. She did however say that a manager would call me in 24 hrs 😂. This all took her about 10 min to spit out.

I kindly told her that this is far from the professional way and that I’d like to speak with some who makes decisions. She hung up.

I contacted a MOD at this specific location. The manager takes some time to figure out what had happened.
Apparently there was just not a flatbed driver that day. Apparently making and setting an appointment and then not following through on said appointment is not a big deal. 😂

I was scheduled a delivery and because the driver was not there I do not get my delivery on time and then have to spend extra time to receive updates.

Say the driver called in sick. Why was there not another driver that was made to come in to work? Basic solution right ?
Let’s say they only have one driver. Why would a business only have one driver ? Wouldn’t they factor in forecasted situations and have the ability to overcome such basic needs

The Waffle House would certainly have a shift covered I’d assume.

Again, below par management. Thank goodness this is just Lows and the managers there a not involved in multimillion dollar energy projects that I currently oversee. They would be swiftly sent back home jobless.

This is 1 of 5 similar experiences I had here.
Other things this store needs to tighten up on is the lack of knowledge by associates and a messy inventory and or lack of.

They’re usually nice people and they do a great job smiling. Also lining up the carts at the end of the night is on point.

To the general public…

Start complaining and standing up to this nonsense. Respectfully call these folks and businesses out when you experience below par service.
Customer service and the handling of logistics for basic tasks are almost Null in Void at these box stores.

I will tell you that in the big boy world this is far from acceptable and this lack of management gets handled immediately.

Problems have solutions. Basic 101 folks

Logan Lowe’s and Lowe’s corporate were unhelpful when I had placed an order and paid cash and took it upon themselves to choose to send a gift card in the mail instead of following policy and giving me the option to get my money the way I spent it or even a virtual gift card no call no email just an email that it was canceled and nothing else
