I've been a customer of Atkins for years. Loved this company! My heart was broken when I found out that they would no longer be handling my insurance needs. I was transferred to a new company called Carroll Insurance. This company is nothing like Atkins. It takes them forever to give a quote, they are extremely noisy when it comes to your personal life. They decided to go back and forth with me regarding my personal life, as if I am going to explain to them my personal life changes. Every quote they have ever quoted me is extremely over rated. The worst customer service I have experienced; as if they are paying my policy and I am suppose to comply with whatever advise they have. Remember, I am the customer, and you will not collect commission off of my policies. Free will - I can choose whomever I want to represent or help me.

Carroll Insurance company bought out Templeton Insurance, a company our family had used for decades for both commercial and personal policies of all kinds.. as of today, they are losing us as clients. It’s been nothing but one problem after another since the acquisition. Incompetence across the board. DO NOT use this insurance company unless you
like dishonesty and people who lack integrity.
