Jessica and her team at Waves property management saved my subdivision from the brink of financial collapse. My subdivision was a dumpster fire of mismanagement prior to Waves taking over. Our POA President quit after the 2022 annual meeting. Our former secretary was accused of stealing funds. Our books were a mess and our financials were way in the negative. Jessica and her team established order. They had to start from scratch with us. Now, we have a portal for online communication. We have online payment. We have Rules and Regulations. We have a map. We have a list of owners with contact information. We have a way of issuing violations and collecting those funds. We have a board. I have no doubt that some owners in my subdivision have caused stress to the Waves team because you can't make everyone happy. But, Jessica and her team have served us with a grace and professionalism I myself can only hope to muster in my professional career. Most importantly, in one years time, they balanced the budget. I highly recommend them. 5 stars

Jessica and the entire Waves team are top notch! They took over management of our complex last year and the transition couldn't have been any smoother. Everyone at on staff is true professionals and they are the best in the area. If you are considering making a switch to new company, I would recommend Waves over and over again. For the same reason I saw somebody else complaining that it was a number one star I would give them zero they can’t help anybody who is a homeowner in a property owner association POA everything they do Hass to come from the board of the POA. Nobody voted this board in this president walks into this position, and he chooses the board without any reference to why they qualified to be on the board. He’s not there for the best interest of everyone in the subdivision. He’s there for his own financial interest in all of these board members are his direct neighbors.
