At Zion Lutheran Church in Silverhill, AL Legacy replaced two large windows along with extensive exterior and interior trim. The finished project blends perfectly with the other windows that were installed during the original construction in 1905. The crew was very professional, cordial and respectful of our very old building. We look forward to future projects with the Legacy organization.

Mike listened to what we wanted, provided advise when requested or when needed, and made good suggestions toward design plans. This is the third time we've used
Legacy Property Management, once to cut out a cubby for a larger new refrigerator (no one else would attempt it), then paint our master bedroom, this time provide a new screen door for our pool enclosure. They come out, provide a reasonable quote for the job. They come back and do the job timely and efficiently. The best thing is they do it right and professionally. Any items I need to have done, I'll get in touch with LPM first and know I'll get quality work done at a good price.

3rd job by Legacy Propert Management on our home and will use again. The paver walkway from front to back of house is amazing and better than I expected. Crew worked non stop to get it finished in same day, cleaned up after themselves and left me completely satisfied. I definately recommend them for anything that you need done on your home. To date Legacy rebuilt my retaining walls, painted my house exterior and installed a custom pathway the entire length of our home. Thank You Michael and Stephanie. Pleasure doing business with you.
