I have been this house going on 3 years before my landlord sold it. Total real estate assumed the care of the property after the sale. The first few months I received a call from Jenna Barga claiming I was behind on rent when I had paid two months in a row. That is where problems begin. Since then I have requested several repairs with no response! Granted I was having phone problems they were instructed in advance to contact me by e-mail. For 2 reasons that way I had a paper trail of correspondence and it was a more reliable and professional way to maintain contact. Shortly after they modified the lease to include me taking over the water bill..( keep in mind this was during covid pandemics height. I was a little behind in getting that taken care of and they turned off my water with no communication. So a year later.. Just paid two months rent Sunday... And they give me a 30day notice to vacate... I have never been talked to or treated so poorly in my life as a paying customer.. I pay 2 months at a time NEVER LATE!! ALL I CAN SAY IS KEN. Autrey... There is a law in the universe.. Most people know it and live by it.. It is called the law of reciprocity!!!... You will reap 10 fold what you have sewn!!

I tried to hold out thinking it's just a bad start but no it continues. Met great people it seemed. Now going by the property no no and NO!. Like a car dealer I ended up with a LEMON...Wasn't finished when I moved in, still not finished and things just continue to get worse ever day. Yet I haven't missed a payment never will.
