Moving in was great and easy. Moving out Holly was very unprofessional. I asked her several months ago if the owner would be willing to supply some dirt to the back yard because it floods something terrible. I even suggested that I will pay for the bobcat to spread it out and level it. She said she would check into it and never did. Lie #1
I then asked if the owner would be willing to sell the house. She replied almost immediately no they don't want to sell. Little did she know that the neighbors were friends with them and stayed in contact with them and yes they would have sold it. Lie#2 It was at that point that I notified her that I was starting to look for a place to buy. That was well over 4 months ago. So when I found a place at the beginning of November 2024 I let her know that I would be out by January 1st 2025. Now she says that I didn't give her a 60 day notice. Lie#3 Wepl she is kinda right, I gave her 4.5 months of notice. Holly also stated that she would send me a checklist for moving out. Lie#4. She never sent a checklist. Legally, she voided our contract several times with lies. When I questioned her about my deposit she stated that I won't get all of it back because needs to be cleaned some. OK fair enough, but she couldn't give me a straight answer. Then we got a discussion about it and all of a sudden she stats now I'm not getting none of it back. Lie#5. Because I hurt her feelings and asked to speak with someone over her and because I asked her about her lies she got offended and made the decision to just keep all of my deposit. Legally it will be settled eventually.
Now I've read the reviews and she always provides a response to any negative reviews with a comment about the tenant being nasty or not clean or some other remark. I have no doubt she will comment and say something like she isn't lying. But typically a nonprofessional and a narcissistic always had to reply to negative comments. So anxious to see her next lie. Stay tuned.
