They deserve zero stars. They are lazy. Their rates are outrageous and continue to go up every year without cause. They do not call you back or just simply don't answer the phone when transferred over. If you need help with something, they can't help or are too lazy to even try. BEWARE of these people! Call the insurance company directly because in the end that who you will have to deal with. Also, calling the insurance companies directly will be cheaper! Trust me, I got screwed by this company for years!
