We were looking to buy a house in Arkansas before our house in Houston was even on the market. That meant a lot of challenges not only distance but not knowing the laws and regulations, and everything else that goes with it. I put an offer on the AR house before I even had a bank here. But John Hurst and his team, made our purchase so easy and worked with us across states without any issues. We had to do a special loan because of the house in Houston and he offered a great deal. Then once our house in Houston sold (4 months later) he put us in a standard loan, paying off the first loan. He made it so seamless!
