I will never come back. I sat in the back two hours and nobody came in not once. The triage nurse and the two nurses in the back thought it was funny cause I wanted to sign myself out. I heard everything the nurses and doctor said about me because I was leaving. Im in a lot of pain and I refuse to keep sitting there and nobody seems to care. And the other patient was so loud and rude with his friends in the room. I may take this issue with the nurse a little further with their director of nursing

Really don't deserve a star in my opinion poor service.patient has to wait entirely to long in the waiting room just to be put in another room and wait. Have been to the ER over there three times and waited three to four hours in the waiting area while others came in after me and was seen as soon as they came in.notgood business

I went to the ER 2 times in 2023. 1st time with double pneumonia and again when I cut my head. Both times they treated me professionally and without much wait. With the pneumonia I spent 3 nights in the hospital. I was well pleased with both visits.

Has to be the worst ER I’ve we been to, the staff I talked to seemed nice but it’s just poorly run. Date here almost 4 hours and not called back. 5 people released from the Ear yet only one called back since I got here

My mom was a patient in their geriatric psyche wing two weeks ago for a severe mania/psychosis snap after being on an emergency hold locally. Multiple members of the family were very involved in calling to monitor her condition and communicating with the staff. The staff would tell her everything we said with very poor discretion of what should be confidential, which resulted in worsening relations. They did not watch her take medication except for a couple days after discovering she lied about it, then stopped monitoring again. They did not record phone calls or keep any record to show that what she was telling family contradicted what she told the staff. Despite the family's fervent pleas that she was not well and capable of functioning upon release, and requests to transfer her to a more equipped facility, they insisted she was improving despite obvious phone calls showing regression and released her anyways saying she would need to "sort things out herself". Since then, she has committed three violent assaults, and squandered a large amount of her livelihood due to her condition in rapid decline exactly as our family warned the staff would happen. Upon later reviewing her medical records, her unwell mental state was thoroughly documented and known amongst staff upon their decision to release her. They were not willing to do what they could to ensure she received proper medical attention and she is worse off as a result. If your loved one gets a bed at this facility for severe psychiatric needs, do everything in your power to get them somewhere else that is more capable to give them the care they need.

I arrived at 9 a.m this morning and my son was called back about 4:00p.m. The only thing that bothers me is sitting here in this e.r for 9 hrs due to him hurting his knee playing basketball. The staff was quite friendly and said they only had 7 beds but to know I'm still sitting here waiting is hideous. I'm understanding to a lot of things but this is poor care on this facility and the wait time shouldn't be this long. This e.r needs a whole new plan of action and nurses who can maneuver through small things like thus, such as a knee and not heart attack...

I have come to this hospital 3 times. First 2 I sit in the lobby for over 8 hours. I've been sitting here now for 3 hours. Not gonna come back here and I will not keep waiting.

Hospital is still relatively good and there are some real good nurses and hospitalists but the ER has gone downhill bad. Daughter waited for hours and then when the doc finally saw her he made no examination, asked no timeline or history questions, and then walked out. Nurse came in with written prescription for pain meds and antibiotics that could not be filled until the next day because it was 9:30 pm and she needed to be able to go to work today. Will drive to Ozark or Dothan for service before using this ER again.
