Sedgwick is a claim denial insurance company for Discount Tire to get out of paying for the damage they did to my truck. Discount Tire damaged my right front tire wheel flare and broke the front stabilizer bar in half while installing two new tires. The manager Patrick at Discount Tire referred me to Dabney Shauna at Sedgwick for the claim. Shauna ran me through a bunch of hassle with getting an appraisal then referring me to an adjuster just to deny the claim. Then after all that hassle, she tells me to go through my insurance. I filed with my insurance company to go against Sedgwick and Discount Tire. This is an example of big corporations making lots of money by denying claims and giving customers a big hassle. Don’t waste your time filing a claim with Sedgwick. There is no sense of people or companies taking responsibility for the damage they cause.

Talking to actual customer representatives is great. They take care of you. I give the Representatives a 5 star. I give a -5 star for the web site. It resets and does not save any information you put in. When you get to the end and put in the information to prove your not a robot, it does not take the information and refreshes again. When you have medical pages to upload to the system, it says it uploaded BUT it says Status Unknown Error. I have to email the information to Sedgwick. They need to update the online system.

So when you call it is pretty easy to get a person, what sucks though is that they do not check the notes or be proactive. I called 4 times and they said yes sir everything is fine, just for me to call a 5th and the guy actually looked into it and found out that it wasn’t fine. Huge waist of time and source of stress on the patient when they should be recovering.

Terrible service from Sedgwick CMS. I have a Best Buy property damage claim and have provided them all the information that they've asked for. They don't reply to emails nor return phone calls. In fact, they seem to pride themselves in making sure that you cannot speak to a live person when calling their offices. Awful service and zero follow up.

I hate that walmart use a third party for medical. I feel like this whole process shouldn't be allowed. If your doctor puts you off for anything that should be it. No company has any right to ask any questions.

Sedgwick has not paid me for my level 2 100% paid leave , in 6 to 7 weeks. I have been calling them constantly talking to so many representatives and examiners and all I recieved was 3 major errors, from so- called professionals, that cause me to suffer financially through the pandemic, Hurricane Ida, and Labor day without food and electricity. I am a single father with a 3 year old son and Sedgwick has put us through a financial crisis. I think someone should please hear my plea for assistance and only what is owed to me and my family for being out sick. I think Sedgwick is absolutely the most unprofessional and unconcerned organization I have ever encountered. They try hard to bully you on the phone to see have you been actually sick. At least that's how they made me feel. I'm thinking I need legal assistance or advice.

Sedgwick is a joke. They don't return calls when messages are left with bill review answering service. Their hold times exceed 50 min and the Adjusters don't respond to anything. Maybe they shouldn't have bought a bunch of other companies when they cant even perform with the existing one.
