Per Terah Thielen: "I was put in contact with Beverly “Bev” Hargraves after their insured company’s (Diamond Bear Brewing) vendor tent hit my car. Bev called me (June 1st) and requested to come to my house to look at my car’s damage. I emailed over pictures, but he insisted on the phone he needed to come look at my car in person. He stated he “could probably buff out the scratches” on my car. I very clearly told I did NOT want him to touch my car, just take pictures. He verbally agreed over the phone. He called me the day of (June 2) and told me he was on his way to my house with a “buffing rag” and stated he “would buff out the scratches and it will be really quick”. I AGAIN told him on the phone that under no conditions did I want him to touch my car. I stated, “I don’t feel comfortable with you touching my car and I ask that you not do anything without my consent”. He agreed. He then showed up at my front door about 5 minutes after the call and I directed him to the back where"
