This company shows no care for tenants. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, if you do it’s highly unlikely they can or are willing to help. When you need them, good luck. Called on an emergency gas leak, took over 12 hours to respond and when they did send someone, they didn’t even have a key. This is just the most recent incident. RPM shows a complete disconnect to its tenants and a lack of attention to detail within their own inter-workings. The most un professional group of “professionals” I’ve worked with. Our building and facility is great, outside of that you are treated as just another source of money. If you want to be treated as a human and not just another paper coming across a desk, look elsewhere.

The only person there that knew anything or got anything done was Kristy and I'm told she doesn't even work there now. I've paid rent 4xs now and still no one has been able to help me set up my online account to pay online so its a pain every time. Anytime I call, the person has an attitude or acts like my issue isn't important. We love our house but RPM Group is absolutely miserable to deal with. So unprofessional and I'm not even sure what they're getting paid for if they don't do anything.

Avoid at all costs. Rented a house full of black mold, held deposit for "deep clean/ carpet clean" when the house was cleaner when we left than when we moved in. Sad that companies like this are still getting people's money. THERE'S A REASON THEY HAVE A 1 STAR Google review, do your research on this company!

Worst company ever to rent from. They never want to fix anything or do anything for that matter. I’ve been in this house over 5 years and Terry the property manager caught an attitude because I called for them to fix the toilet tissue holder. The screw wasn’t holding in wall like it should. That’s too petty for me! She wanted to charge me like I tore the walls up and they needed to be replaced! No lie. It’s a drafty window that gives me pneumonia every winter but they refuse to do anything but caulk it. Idk what reject caulk it is because it disappears in no time. Before the winter is over, I need more and they won’t do it. They get my rent on time every month and it took 6 months to get a new mailbox because the door rusted and fell off the old one. Whoever put it on, didn’t stabilize the rotted wooden post so you think it’s going to fall down every time you open the mailbox. They didn’t care to put the flag on so there’s no way to tell the mail man I need a mail pick up. Crazy! They have the GALL to be going up on rent, monthly fees, everything. But I’m currently waiting to fall through my back porch. It’s bad and they know it needs to be redone. It snowed and squirrels or something got into the attic and the other rental property next door. They put a piece of metal on the hole on the front corner of the house. Didn’t even try to look around back. Needless to say they never caught the critters. My fridge went out and they let my food spoil with no cares. Waited a week to send someone from Monticello out. I had replaced it by then. They can fix theirs whenever they like. Maintenance is a joke because they go through a third party. That company outsources to other companies so you never know when or if someone will be there. Came home one Saturday evening to find a woman I don’t know sitting on my kitchen counter. Apparently her man was supposed to strip the dining room floor of carpet before I moved in and waited until weeks after I moved in. No one said a thing. That could have ended badly. These people care nothing about you. Find someone else. Spare yourself! And if you have property, I wouldn’t let them manage it ever!! It’s a constant change of crew in the office but they never can get together. Just got a call and the new woman Stephanie argued me down that they don’t send out lease renewal papers anymore. Had to tell her, lady, I can’t sign a lease by saying yeah over the phone. Who’s running this place, a toddler?

I’m a current tenant of RPM and I’m not satisfied with the service. It’s a 100 degree weather outside and Kristie Talley stated that the air conditioner being out is not an emergency situation. I’ve been residing here for a little over 2 years and never heard such nonsense.

This company socks. All they are worried about is the money that they collect and their accounting. They do not check on properties that they rent out on a monthly basis and at end of the lease when tenant leaves they want you to spend all the money to fix all the damages before they rent out the property again. If they managed it on a continuous basis we did not have to spend over $4000 to fix things that the tenant damaged. The property was in excellent condition when we rented it out to the tenants with this company. They also take their sweet time to deal with issue. Landlord interest is not their concern at all.

These are the kind of properties that they rent out. Had to have my roof repaired 2 times in 2 months due to a toilet leak. Had 2 non working toilets and then Sturbridge has the nerve to not even give me my full deposit back when I paid my rent before time. Worst stay ever. Waste of a company.
