100% feel scammed. I was told by Tim Wise that it'd be a first come first serve basis and that we were the only applicants. Called to see how everything went after we turned in our application fees and they said it's only take hours to hear back, they never called but I got a text from Rita Wise that they had 5 other applicants and were going with someone with a better credit score. My credit score is literally almost 700, and it's 600 required. We also paid an extra $5 for our fees bc we were told the wrong amount and obviously aren't getting that back now. It's my daughters second birthday today and we've had two grandparents pass as well as needing a home in the next week. I don't understand how some people seriously can have no heart and just get so greedy to take money from others. Also was told "Love you" after hearing the news we weren't getting the 3 bed 2 bath duplex... worst experience yet.

This company, and Mike are nothing but a scam. I had called and scheduled to view a few properties available and he did nothing but lead me on and had me fill out an application just to block my number. When you call and it goes to his voicemail he mentions his name and the company. My call goes straight to a different voicemail now but when I call from a different number, his voicemail remains the same. I have over a decade of rental history with both residential and commercial properties and I also have almost perfect credit. I literally get accepted to anywhere I apply. I applied for a simple 3bd 2 bathroom and after sending in the application he blocked my number without even considering me as an applicant or letting me know he moved on to another applicant. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste money on a guy trying to live off application fees. I am a licensed lawyer and may not be able to practice law in this state, but I have many friends that are licensed here in Arkansas that will gladly investigate this shady guy. Get ready Mike, you will have a line of at least 10 private investigators watching you from this moment on. If you continue to scam people for your own benefit, every small thing you do at this point will be used as evidence to ensure if you scam someone else, you will be brought down in court.

My daughter and I were asked to fill out their forms (to include my son-in-law), acting like we were definitely going to rent this house. We were then told to fill out the application and pay $40 for credit check. $120 later, we were told someone else without dogs got it. IF MIKE DOESN'T LIKE DOGS HE SHOULD STATE THAT BEFORE TAKING THE CREDIT CHECK FEE.

Evicted after renting a property form the landlord himself he took over the property that I lived at for 7 years saw i had 4 dogs and 10 min later came back with a eviction notice... refused to work with us for new rent/pet deposit or anything and then changed the locks on us with some of our belongings still inside during the 30 days that will still have to move... dude is a joke and is a member of the city council in Springdale. never could i understand how to treat people this way...

Mike Overton is a good man with the work ethic of Noah ( Noah’s Ark). He worked diligently to find me the perfect home during a time when the market was crazy. He put together a very fair deal, and I appreciate him and all his efforts.
