SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE. These people are completely unorganized and will make YOU pay for THEIR mistakes.

They sent my company to a completely incorrect address, then approved a bid for that incorrect address. At the day of installation, they came to the address we had and walked us to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT address. They were somehow surprised the products would not fit the new address and demanded a refund on their deposit for THEIR MISTAKE.

Avoid this company at all cost. They’ll give you a bad review before they own their own mistake.

RUN! This company was bought out recently. They took over our property we rented for 10 years. Over $200,000 we paid to SOSA Properties over these years. They gave us a 5 week notice they will raise the rent $1,000/month. Put us out of business. Charged us $3,000 to repaint the space, and kept our $1,000. Greedy, heartless, not helpful, steer clear!!!

Do not rent from Sosa Properties. We had so many issues with them after 10 years of renting from them. I know more than 5 other tenants who rented from them and have had poor experiences as well.

I have been stationed in several states throughout the U.S and this is the worst rental agency I have dealt with. They made several attempts to charge our bank accounts for rent when we no longer had a lease with them or lived on the property. Several months later they decided to charge us for property damage and made no attempt to notify us of the damage but that’s okay because collections did their job for them.
