Only giving these people 1 star because it doesn’t give an option to give them 0. They are very unprofessional (Teresa Tilley) to be exact & rude. I had been informed that I was approved for a unit out at Stoneridge. I turned in all the information that was needed & even took time out of my work schedule not once but TWICE to go look at the unit that was vacant. The 1st time I went out to look at it, I had spoken to Teresa via phone not even 30 minutes before I drove all the way out to see the unit only for her to stop responding when I got there. I kept calling & calling. Never heard anything else from her. I call the next day to make sure everything was okay & Teresa acts as if she didn’t see that I had called literally 6 or 7 times until the next day. I knew she was full of it because I had literally talked to her 30 minutes before I arrived to the unit and she told me to give her a call when I got there & she would meet me there so I could look inside. Day 2 comes & Teresa tells me I can view the unit on my lunch break. She texts my phone a few hours later & tells me she has errands to run and how long would it be before I got there. I told her when I talked to her earlier in the day what the plan was & it was okay with her then, but suddenly she had errands to run and a appointment to go to hours after speaking but told me I could go inside and take a look the cleaners would be there. I go out there and look at the unit I tell her I want it & even paid my holding fees & turned in all the info that was needed only to be told a few days later via email I make too much money. When I called Teresa she was very rude & proceeded to tell me “I told you when you 1st applied that if you made too much you wouldn’t be approved” WHAT IS THE POINT IN HAVING SOMEONE GO ALL THE WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY THINKING THEY WERE APPROVED AND THAT THE UNIT WAS THEIRS WITHOUT GOING OVER ALL PAPERWORK FIRST? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I called this management company MULTIPLE times, INCLUDING leaving 2 separate messages for the PROJECT MANAGER, DAWN COOK. I spoke with Allison twice, left a message for Carol Gallegos, Dawn Cook, and Teresa Tilley. I was finally able to reach Teresa after multiple calls. She was very forthcoming with answers to my questions regarding the new proposed neighborhood in Ft Chaffee. She was the ONLY employee with this company that showed any interest or decency. I would NOT want to live in that neighborhood based on the disinterest shown to me after leaving messages asking for information. Crazy situation for an upstanding and popular neighborhood that They want to manage in Ft Smith!!!!!!!

Theresa Tilley is money hungry!! She charges for things that were already in the unit before you moved in and for things they were supposed to fix prior to move out!! Do not rent from them!!!

I paid My move in deposit in JUNE & still no move in date it’s September!! Well October now, I’ve never seen a company take your deposit without being approved , now that’s the excuse. They waiting on compliance. This is a mess and they have put me in a terrible bind. Who can i speak to about the property in Marion Ar ?

I've heard alot of bad lately about how strict and unprofessional this place is. I hear it wasn't so bad till the new manager took over. Apparently she treats people unfairly and likes to scream and yell at people like they are her prisoners.
