I want to say how impressed I've been with your company and its handling of the "tree debacle"! 🙂 A VERY large branch fell on our car, severely denting the car and shattering the back windshield. It was ultimately classified as totaled. I expected a long, drawn out and very difficult process to get this resolved. But it was actually quite painless. Kevin and his team told me what to do at every step ... they arranged to have the car towed to the body shop that very day. They followed up with us consistently, answering our questions quickly and with compassion. We received a full replacement claim deposited into our account in about 2 weeks!
