I give 5 stars because Cody Wallace, my agent, showed much respect and concern about my needs. There aren't many who would give great customer service. In many areas today, customer service is NOT customer service. We are rushed, and no concern is shown. I appreciate how Cody handled my situation with care.

First & foremost my experience was phenomenal! Cody helped me with a better price than my previous home owners insurance AND it covered more than my previous one as well! We had to play phone tag a bit cause of my work but he was a doll to deal with me! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
