Went in several weeks ago for a quote on home, four autos, farm and a commercial building. Gave the young man all the information. He told me he could quote everything except the commercial. Said the guy who does the commercial would be in later today to work up that quote. The guy even called me back with some follow up questions. Never heard back from anyone! If they won’t respond when I’m trying to pay them, just imagine the problem I’d have if I had a claim!!

Located in Centre Alabama. Very helpful staff. Wish they could have found a lower premium for my auto insurance policy, which has skyrocketed apparently due to COVID and the current administration in Washington DC? Heck if I know but not their fault because even Geico gave me a quote for double what I paid last year!
