Lee, his team, and State Farm have always come through for me when I needed them. I lost my home, my physical therapy clinic, and my truck after 2014 F4 tornado; they came through not only financially but emotionally. I had 2 cars totaled by a random fallen tree, they responded respectfully and diligently. I have added vehicles and removed vehicles; they handled the transactions gracefully. Ryan Smith and his assistant Kendra have been nothing less than wonderful to work with. They are so responsive and knowledgeable. Their professionalism is unmatched! I switched agents when James Scott died and Janet retired from James Scott Statefarm JFK.
