UPDATE: After complaining about MidSouth, they have listed my account as a Derogatory Account. Maybe its time to make a visit to the AG's Office. I hate being this way, but there is no reason for this company to be treating like this considering i have not missed a payment!
Here we go. RMC sold to MidSouth.
I have made every payment on time without one person ever needing to call me. Now they are sending letters to me about my account. So I gave them a call to ask why, the answer was to show the payment arrangement. I already had a payment arrangement. Watch this company closely, something doesn't feel right

Should add an option that allows you to give no stars. Had a worker comp claim that they was holding me responsible for, I reached out to my insurance agency and got the claim number, po box, fax number, address, and was told they would gladly pay it. I reach out to this joke of a company to find out they had the wrong claim number. I was then told that they would fix it. This happend in March. 3 months go by with no call, text, email, or letter until about 2 days ago saying that now my wages are being garnished. Called and got into contact with a woman named Leeah and was told they tried billing my employer.... why would you bill my employer if it's a workers comp claim? I was finally then told they tried billing my insurance company in November of last year.... they received the correct claim number in March of this year 😆 so even after receiving all the correct information that they needed they didn't even make a simple phone call to fix this. So now I'm paying for a workers comp claim. It amazes me a company like this can exist that hold people financially accountable and yet they won't make simple phone calls😂

Was under a lot of stress as I had a bill I was unaware of go here, and the reviews left me rather concerned over the weekend I couldn’t contact them. I didn’t fight the hit to my credit score, so I can’t speak to that. Their website was 100% down over the weekend (still is), so they get a star removed for being completely inaccessible outside of working hours.

I called early Monday and asked to pay the bill. The agent informed me there would be a fee to pay over the phone that matched a percentage of the bill (this would probably be quite large if your bill is in the multiple thousands range). I expressed my concern regarding the “$2 fee” in the reviews and it was reiterated that that was their old fee, and the new one is what had been provided to me.

I paid the bill and hope to never hear from these people again. Will update the review if it comes to that.

How anyone can eagerly harasses poor people, because they dared to get sick and were desperate for care is beyond me. These lowlifes even sued UMAS staff who risked their lives to care for patients during COVID. If you have a soul or an ounce of compassion this isn't the job for you. But luckily company founder is more concerned with extracting every dime he can get his short fat fingers on than if people can buy food.

I first get a gentleman riding my door bell well before 7:00 in the morning .I ask for my wet signature and its my son with all of my medical information. Tried to make a payment plan I was told it was to late. Was ordered a garnishment 3 weeks later meaning it could've been settled . Paid garnishment, too much money was taken now they won't answer the chat or phone going to reach out to cooperate on my end. 1 star to post review.

I have been making my payments on time every single month and I got a letter in the mail saying our agreement was null and void because last month I didn't make my payment as promised. I have proof from my bank statements that I paid it EARLY. These people are evil and have no intentions of doing what they say.

Called to let them know UAMS did not use the correct billing codes when the charge was submitted to my insurance and I am waiting on a returned call from a billing supervisor at uams. Told them I could not afford the charge as I am disabled and low income. After letting Gwen know the situation she responded with a very generic script proving she did not listen to a word I said. When I asked her if she heard what I had just told her she got very rude and repeated the same generic script. This place is horrible. I hope no one ever has to deal with them. Unfortunately I am forced to select 1 star in order to post this review.
