When I say that Joe Butters is a disrespectful, rude and ignorant i mean it....how dare you speak to my spouse the way you did. I don't care who you are or what your issue is or the situation or task that you wanted to take on....from now on Mr.Butters if you need to communicate with anyone let it be me..

The fact that they barely answer the phone, David seems like a nice guy but Joe has no respect at all when answering the phone, he won’t answer your questions at all. We put an application in and I understand not everyone will get accepted but I had asked David and he put me on hold, mind you I can still hear everything so David told Joe it was me and he just yelled at David saying just turn them down in a rude way... I guess with rude people like that in property management I dodged a bullet.
