Do not visit this AAA location if you want "DMV Select" service. They have no idea what they're talking about. They were unable to understand and process simple forms. Save your time and effort and go directly to a full-service DMV office.

I called 6 times to get my vehicle towed. Each time the drive4s came out with the wrong equipment. During the 2nd attempt on the 6th try I was called back by a lady. She asked me if me car was towed to the pickup location. I told her It was months ago, but for a different repair. I took the car home, then brought it back in December. The lady then proceeded to go behind my back and call the dealership. The dealership gave her the wrong information and she called me back and said it would have to be a cash tow. No customer wants to be treated like they are lying. I then proceeded to call another company and paid $35] dollars more than I would have paid originally through AAA. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECCOMMEND AAA AGAIN.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

OMG, thought it would be quicker than the DMV... WRONG! Had to wait for one specific person to do title and registration because they said there is only one computer that can be used to process DMV transactions. 51 minutes later she was still working on first transaction from first customer. (despite having 2 other people and a supervisor "helping" try to figure it out). One of the other reps said that the first customer had multiple transaction so I asked how long did they think it was going to take... the rep taking forever yelled/stated loudly that "there's a full service DMV less than 3 miles away and I could leave if I didn't like it" This rep went on to say other rude comments and be belligerent much in front of the deputy supervisor that just shrugged.

Left after little more than an hour with appointment to talk to district manager and no transactions completed. Worst customer service ever and less efficient than the DMV

Christopher at the front desk was very knowledgeable and signed me up in minutes. Even if you don't need insurance, stop by and say hi to Kendall. He made getting home insurance fun.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were busy, but did a great job working the line for International Divers Permit. Also took my photos! I got there around 10:30am on a Saturday and was out the door in 20 min…not bad and very reasonable wait.

Greg was awesome in helping us get our international drivers licenses. Had a little wait before seeing him, but it was pleasant and gave me time to check out their little store. The overall experience was enjoyable and it made me glad to be a AAA member/customer.

So unprofessional, they make up policies as they go and when you call, you’re told one thing and when you get there it’s another. They close at 4pm, I called prior to arriving and was told as long as I arrived before 4 (I arrived at 330) I drive all the way there just to be told they decided not to take anyone else after 3:09pm and I was sent away leaving me very inconvenienced. Last time I went, there was a 2 hour wait which was ok but the front desk receptionist told me I could leave to grab food. When I came back they told me since I went out the door they took me off the wait list (mind you I was told I could step out) you’re NOT allowed to go outside at all. They’re very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Had a scary experience on the side of the freeway last night & our roadside assistance driver who came to give my car a tow back to my hometown was fantastic! He was kind, comforting, and even offered some suggestions to what the issue may have been to point us in the right direction for what needs a thorough inspection at the auto-shop today. Thank you so much Joe! We made it to the concert with your help & I gained some useful tips & tricks for these unplanned situations.

Made an appointment on Monday afternoon for international drivers license, drove 30 minutes to the appointment to find out they were closed. Complete was of my time!!! Why would I be able to make an appointment online when the office is closed and the hours on the door says they are open?! Makes no sense.

First and foremost, I appreciate the cleanliness and convenience of the facility. However, I’m giving it only 2 stars because the customer service is appalling.

When I arrived, I filled out the form for the IDP. The front desk asked me to wait, and I sat down for 45 minutes without anyone calling me to start the process. Three employees were sitting at their desks, watching YouTube or movies, smiling at their computers screen as if they didn’t care about me.

One of the employees, a woman sat at her desk, eating her snack and looking bored at me. She ignored me until I stood up and walked to the cashier’s front desk to ask about the wait time. That’s when she noticed that I was getting impatient and slowly walked over to me.

I was shocked by how she did the work. It was as if she didn’t care about the customer’s time. It’s unbelievable that employees don’t care about their customers. I might not going to location again, next time I would just do my application form online if possible.

Shawn Collin’s from shop #412 gave me excellent roadside assistance in assisting me in getting my keys from my locked vehicle he was polite, prompt, respectful and was very speedy made everything smooth and easy was done in 5 min within arrival. Now that’s service!

I have AAA membership. I broke down near the National Airport in DC and called at 7 p.m. AAA. I was told that the truck will come to tow the car before 7:45 p.m. when the truck did not show up as promised, I called again and was told that they are running 5 minutes late. When no one showed up by 7:50 p.m., I called again and was told to wait another half and hour. At 8:20 p.m. no one showed up. I called AAA and was told to wait another half an hour on a busy road in front of the major airport. I told AAA not to bother and called a towing company that a policeman that came to check on me recommended. Needless to say, I shall not be renewing my AAA membership. It is useless.

A little disappointed. As a 51-year "Classic" member, I called to inquire about an international travel map and was told that they are only available to Premier and Plus members. Clearly on the AAA website, travel maps are available to classic members. I called back to confirm and was told that they are not available to classic members. I called another AAA branch, and they do provide them to all tiers of membership. This does not reflect well on AAA when a local branch does not offer a service that is advertised on the website. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere.
