I called 5 times for insurance information about my policy. 5 times I called the number provided to the auto insurance dept. 5 times it sent me to the sales department and the sales department representative would send me to a AI system. The sales department representative was rude and unsympathetic to the situation and accused me of being rude after explaining to her the first four attempts of what transpired in my attempt to reach the insurance dept. I’ve been a member for 26 years and have never experienced that type of rudeness or difficulty in reaching a insurance agent to inquire about my auto insurance policy.

The rep who told me last year I had to have both cars on my plan have the same type of coverage and have both vehicles have car rental when one of them was out of commission lied to me. I had to pay more than I should have. Management, please re-train your staff! I don't know why she kept saying I can't have different coverages. Does she get commission?! So messed up! I went to another location recently and also called by phone and they said that lady was in the wrong!

I am very disappointed in how AAA handled my issue over the phone and in person. I have been a member of AAA for over 2 decades and have never had an issue with them until now.
AAA withdrew from my checking account 3 times for the same bill, which resulted in 2 overdrafts. AAA sent me a check for the 2 extra charges. I went back and forth with AAA for over 6 months first. In person, they told me the overdrafts were not their issue but my bank's issue. How is it not your issue when your website allowed the withdraw 3x!? If it I paid the first time, why would you allow it to continue to withdraw from my account? I got a notice that the charge didn't go through 2x so I processed it...3x. The notice said if I didn't pay it on time that I will lose my insurance. Make it make sense! I told them to fix it so this never happens to anyone else.

They have a horrible attitude and will do anything to make it a complete pain to get your handicap placard. I got rejected twice because my application was a day earlier than the new version and because the doctor didn’t put a date down. Went to another office and had 0 problems

Absolutely waste of time/money
I have a AAA member that's worthless.. the employee i met with today named Johnny was so jittery he was making me uncomfortable
I do not recommend such poor services and will not renew my membership next year

One of the best AAA locstions. Saved me a bunch in registration fees that another location was trying to fraudulent make me pay for. Would highly recommend.

Johnny Tran is truly an amazing AAA customer service rep! He has helped me on 2 separate occasions and he is always so friendly. I would recommend this branch solely on his kindness when he interacts with customers.

So convenient to have this AAA branch office located in Alhambra. I got my DMV renewal done in minutes, instead of having to drive back to West Covina to get it done. Great customer service too. Also, within the parking lot area of this AAA, there are places to eat, a So Cal Gas office, and a 99 Ranch supermarket. Terrific!!!

They have great service in person and over the phone when I call. I have the auto insurance plus the renters insurance. I feel safe having Triple AAA insurance, but they just don’t provide the best customer service without asking them questions. My dad went in to cancel his policy and left him in limbo. Without coverage for 3 months I had to call them later to add him.
