I was at the edge to cancel escrow 4days before close! because my pervious lender cannot get my loan approve, however the seller was very nice and try to help figure it out so she introduced me her lender which is vickie , she is amazing, definitely super experienced, and super patience and very good communicator, can not believe she did it less than 3weeks before thanksgiving, it was a big gift for me before the holiday!
