These con artists practice Deny, Delay, Defend. After being a 14-year member and paying my auto insurance every month (plus annual 200 mile roadside service), they deliberately and methodically buried my claim with burecratic red tape and "mistakes," repeatedly transferred me to different departments with delayed call backs over a period of several months, until they succeed in making me so frustrated I gave up. Their mishandling of my claim was in violation of their contract with me and their legal obligations to the State of California. I considered contacting the California State Department of Insurance to lodge a formal complaint, but was too worn down by that point to do so. That is the point of all insurance companies' Deny, Delay, Defend, strategy and tactics, isn't it?

I locked myself out of my jeep...Eek!

They made my issue easily resolvable, and I only waited 10 minutes; and they helped met pay my car registration as well!
Way better than waiting 1 hour and longer at the DMV!

To be perfectly honest I'm very disappointed with the entire branch actually should I say I am disappointed with the claims people. I'm saying it hurts because I have to get a rental car and it hasn't been called in yet plus they're not giving me the $80 a day or $50 a day and they're only giving me $25. I am a single mom fighting cancer In-N-Out of hospital doing kemo, and they won't honor the $50 a day because it wasn't changed on my policy when I went in there and changed it along with other things that needed to be changed that were not changed when I asked them to do it over the phone. Since then I have had no clean clothes, barely any groceries, and I have to take the city bus to get my kid to school and I am disabled on both legs my legs feel like we've been branded. I explained to them that I was going through chemo and I've been in and out of the hospital if you could please just do this for me and they have no heart no ability to do this for me and I don't know why. Now I'm sitting it hurts because Enterprise won't let me rent because the father of my child is making my life a living hell, he has vandalized my vehicle cut it from the computer system it is told and the auto place that my insurance sent it to said that they can't warranty the repairs because my car is too dinged up when the repairs aren't even on the outside of the car it's got a brand new engine in it it's a great car it's just not so pretty. I really truly not sure what to do I kind of want to call the better Business bureau but I don't know. My son he's waiting for me expecting to go get a kitten and I don't know how to break the news in that we don't have a vehicle for whatever reason I can't afford to rent one add not to mention to Ross has me blocked from all the rental places so far it's Enterprise and Hertz will not rent to me. I'm devastated what else can happen in my life bad why is my life come to this. It's not my fault I have a disease I'm tired of spending my days fighting it 24/7 to chemo and everything else

One of the best reasons to be a member, is that you can do most Dmv services here. Lines not as long if you can go during the week.
