Loyal customer for 10+ yr. This branch of AAA insurance is nothing short of putrid, harsh employees and manager. Keep charging me hundreds dollars more when I have a spotless driving record. They will stop at nothing to charge you as much money as they can. Beware of deceptive practices from these snakes.

Today at the front desk, Katherine or Catherine, she was rude to me today. My mom was trying to talk to me about something, but Katherine kept trying to cut me off trying to respond back repeating the same question 4 to 5 times. It was very upsetting and frustrating to why she wouldn't let me finish.

AAA I hope you guys see this and say something to her, because I've never had a problem with this branch until now.

Wow, no one works at any of their locations in Southern California anymore for auto claims. Auto is their middle name. Customer service has gone down the tubes. If you have an auto claim they only want to communicate with txt messages. I have been with AAA for over 25 years. I am disappointed with WOKENESS ruining businesses. Get it together AAA. Get serious about Customer Service .

The absolute WORST auto insurance you can get. Even if you're desperate for auto insurance DO NOT USE AAA. If you're in an accident don't expect a single phone call, they will ignore you and expect YOU to do all the leg work. Someone ran an intersection and hit me while on my motorcycle, GEICO (the guy who hit me insurance) called me within hours of the accident happening, GEICO called me again the next morning, and again the evening of the second day. GEICO paid me for injuries and pain and suffering, money was deposited into my account....ALL OF THIS from GEICO (NOT MY INSURANCE PROVIDER) AND NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM AAA MY INSURANCE PROVIDER YET! GEICO informed me I needed to get AAA to approve my motorcycle repairs. At this point I had already called AAA for updates since the day of the accident more than 5 times to no response from my agent.
I was reassigned 3 times for 3 different representatives via AUTOMATED TXT msgs from AAA system (NOT A REAL PERSON).
I sent dozens of text msgs, emails, phone calls, voice-mail to each and every representative and NO CALLS MADE BACK TO ME.

It's been 3 days since accident and I STILL haven't got a call back from my rep in regards to the repairs for my motorcycle!... DO NOT USE AAA! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

Totally awesome. Smiling staff member at entrance inquired how she could help me. I told her what I needed, she checked to see if someone could immediately help me, they could. Went in and I was immediately helped. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Upon exiting, same helpful staff member thanked me for coming in and told me to have a great day. How awesome is that. Great experience.

Was happy with the employee that helped us with our request for notary services. She was efficient and thorough and we got it in and out.
