Everyone was helpful and efficient. Got several things done for my car in 1 trip!

Only downside for me was that to transfer my car's title to another person they also had to be a AAA member.

Luckily they were there to join anyway, but just would have been nice to know.

Bad service they did not help me i was trying to register my honda to avoid the dmv he said there was a lien holder i told him how is that i have the pink in front of you he said he could not help me i left and paid a service place to register my car got tags in san jose california. And paid $55 no problem any questions please e mail me [email protected]

Poor customer service, it took me 4 times calling to add vehicle and make changes, called the Hollister branch to talk to someone to add my vehicle and she transferred me to 800# and they still didn't make the changes to another vehicle I have on the policy, so now I have to call again, very frustrating..AAA has gone downhill, I have been a member and insurer for over 40 yrs and have never had such poor customer service. 😉 AAA, do you recall 5 DIAMOND SERVICE 💎🤔 because I do. This kind of service would have never been tolerated.............
