It depends who you deal with. One person here was very helpful, very devoted to understanding the issue, getting to the bottom of it, finding a solution. The others had no interest in the customers dilemma, accepted no responsibility for correcting a problem their agency created. They passed me off to somebody else or simply hung up.

Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service

I recently visited this location, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, easily worse than any DMV line! The employees clearly noticed they were overwhelmed with customers, yet they still took their sweet time, spending more energy gossiping and laughing with each other than assisting those in line. It felt like just another light day for them, while the rest of us were left waiting and frustrated.

As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I never expected to feel this way about a place I’ve relied on for so long. It’s completely disheartening to realize that they don’t seem to value our time at all. I’m seriously reconsidering my options moving forward. I pay monthly for this service, and it's disappointing to receive such low-quality support. I hope they can improve their service because right now, it’s simply not acceptable.

Good location with a lot of parking. Only thing is that they do not accept Debit. You can get your car registration renewed here if you're a member without extra fees. Get insurance or if you want make travel arrangements.

Waited for a while. The employees are on lunch, it doesn't make sense. At least have someone that can help customers out, even if one or two. Not three and four. Bad service. The. employees not so pleasant 😔 Figueroa and Adams location

So they don't let you take the permit test at this location. I was very disappointed finding this out! I am so angry that I came all the way to this location to be turned away like that! I have anxiety and it took a lot of courage for me to come take my permit test. I was told I needed to make an appointment at the DMV where it's loud and noisy, where my anxiety acts up! Thanks for nothing!

Awful. They are just as bad as the insurance companies they use. Yvonne was rude, unhelpful and hateful. Never again will this company get any of our money. I would suggest looking elsewhere for any service supposedly offered by AAA.

Ever heard the term, "false advertising?" AAA="HIPE"! There's NO "gift" for a quote! They're OUT! They're always out. Ads, "save you $ over other companies?"...they don't...PURE HIPE! No integrity left!
Agent said, "We hate it when that say that...we can't match the quotes in reality."
Absolutely beautiful world class physical location...(what a waste.)
Admitting they still "red-line " addresses, he said, "even though it's illegal...everybody does it"...gave me "the willies."
I'm a great test case. Widowed...female...right address...low mileage...right auto...no tickets or accidents EVER...the quote? Not $4__ as posted, but a big whopping savings of...(drum roll) wanta quess how much I save over State Farm $62.00!!! "And, if you want to say you drive less...I can save you more." You mean "lie," I asked? "Well, if you want to save some money..."I suggested he look for another job where he doesn't have to lie...or tempt others to sell his product."
So sad to see another great American company "bite the dust." No integrity!
They were a fabulous company when they were non-profit. Still made money...but not as much...greed set in. Now, seems like they will do and say anything for money...just not mine!
