I called earlier in my membership asking to get coverage for my travel trailer, and was told I have it already. Now, with a blown tire on the side of the freeway, I’m being told that I do not have this coverage. I’m being forced to change a tire myself after having knee surgery because of this nasty lie.

I called this morning at 9:30 to have my car towed to a local auto repair shop. They said they'll be here in an hour. They didn't come so I called them and told them that I had called over an hour ago and they said they're still looking for a truck. I asked them how much longer? they said they didn't know. That's NOT Acceptable. So, here we are waiting All day. I called again. They said they have to look for another driver because the original driver had medical issues.

I was left stranded with no contact from the initial call at 11pm until I was informed nine hours later at 8am the next morning a tow truck driver had been contacted. The tow truck driver called me at 9am and was at my car by 10am. I had abandoned the car since AAA had abandoned me, fortunately I had some very good friends that lived close and were willing to come pick me up off the side of the I-20 in the national forest at 1am when AAA was not. Otherwise I would’ve slept in my car and ran out of water. This is not the service I expect from AAA and frankly I’m heavily disappointed. In the past AAA has been great, but apparently if you have a breakdown near or after midnight in Alabama you’re going to be there for a while.

Love their new location. Right off the interstate so convient if you are passing through and need to get a map or travel help. Love buying the discounted movie tickets. They also have a Hertz Car Rental in their office.

My son had an accident. 8:15 a.m. called for tow. They said be there by 9:35 a.m. called back. They said another couple of hours. Now it's 11:30 a.m. I've been a member 11 years. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
