DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH

What a waste of time and money. Staff at this location will do anything NOT to help you. DMV service rep Leslie did not want to issue "already paid" registration Sticker form my car (registered to my wife that is handicapped) We both are on the membership with the same address, same last-name and the car registered to the same address. ALSO car was standing right in front of the office.

The branch manager Torri told me that she doesn't care about my membership and If i want to cancel it. Rude unprofessional.

This not the first time I have this type of experience at this location. 2 month ago I was told that they don't do certain service but Menlo Park branch did it within 5 minute.

I do not leave bad reviews usually but this was so bad that I took my time to write such long review.

I went to this triple A to get my international drivers permit. Staff is friendly and the premise has plenty of parking. I highly recommend it.

This is a kind, efficient and convenient location to get my registration renewed. The parking was easy, the greeter was so friendly and efficient, the wait time was less than 5 minutes, the clerk at the counter processed my registration so quickly and I was on my way in less than 14 minutes. Well done Redwood City AAA

Today, around 1:15 PM, we visited the AAA Redwood City branch to ask questions about an insurance policy for my friend's new car. Since our English is not very strong, we asked a few questions to clarify details about the insurance coverage. However, the staff member answered us with a rude and unfriendly attitude. She asked me who the car belonged to in a harsh tone and was generally unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us. Despite the language barrier, we expected respectful and proper service, but this experience was very disappointing. After all, we were also a customer and unfortunately we could not find out what our insurance covered.

Sometimes it takes awhile but I've had like 7 or 8 times I had issues with my car cuz it's getting old and they usually come within an hr if not super busy. Thank you every1 here for the help, dispatch and drivers was awesome for helping all around, twice helped me on a blind corner cant thank enough! def recommend
