Customer service here for travel information is tops! The agent was very congenial, helpful, and thorough while helping us with suggestions of places to visit on our upcoming RV trip across the country! They also have some great luggage, backpacks, and other travel accessories available. We always leave with everything we need! Just one reason we've been AAA members for almost 50 years now!

My flight got canceled this morning and I had to make plans to drive to Michigan instead of flying. Charles and Nickie were so wonderful and kind to stay later to assist me even though it was after 5:30. This branch schemes on their customers. Both my husband and I brought our cars to get fixed at this AAA Suffolk branch and they claim to have fixed the issue and reason of which we brought the cars in. Two different cars different occasions different issues. Claim to fix it for a week later to have something else damaged cause by what they have claimed to fixed.
