ABC Property Management has been handling a rental property for me the last several years. Brian and his staff have done a great job getting tenants into the house. Hot water tank went out and he had a new one installed the next day. Decided to repaint a few bedrooms and have the fence re-stained between tenants, and the contractors he used performed prompt, professional work at better prices than I could source on my own. Lease agreements, tax documents, and monthly statements are all accurate and timely; things I prefer a professional company to manage. Highly recommend ABC Management for taking care of your property.
