Visited multiple people at different properties. The complaints from tenants are all across the board. Management lied about bedbugs to start. Next, manager tried to secretly evict someone but they saw the court date on the CCap. They showed up for the manager to be surprised and tell them they weren’t supposed to be there. An eviction that would have been on their rental records. It was dropped after. Mold issues and poor living conditions at multiple properties across Appleton, Menasha, Neenah. Apparently they have issues keeping maintenance men around since the one has gone through 5-7 of them in a short time period. According to them, the apartments have so many issues that needed to get done and the frequency of how many times they were needed to go in to fix stuff was very irritating to tenants. Tenants were taking frustrations out on them verbally. The list goes on and on from there! I asked a lawyer about it just out of curiosity and showed them photos of my visits/ tenant stories. They said there was enough violations and misconduct to easily win a multi million dollar lawsuit if pursued by any one of the tentants living at any of these properties. Beware!!!

0 if I could . These people don't know what management is or means. Apparently, they don't do background.Checks because half the people at City East apartments in green bay wi shouldn't be here if they did It is a bad place. So I saw places just like Acc management and way better, so go with them instead. ACC MANAGEMENT don't take complaints seriously no matter what you say or the police says apparently. They rushed this place for sure . Yeah for sure going with the other people who do stuff just like they do and They're more respectable, They actually have management pretty much on-site all the time also They live at the apartment complex.And maintenance that lives in the complex, unlike Acc. PEOPLE BEWARE WHATEVER ACC MANAGEMENT SAYS TO YOU. IT IS A LIE .

The only worker that gave a damn care in the world was Tammy, sad you all as a company ran her away. I just spoke to a lady today and talk about SNOB!! None of your workers care about any of the tenants belongings you only care spending $120,000.00 to fix water lines and such. It is ok for you all to have a company come in here and make a mess I fully understand the process however being told that they will clean their mess. It is ok though it's not your belongings ruined just your tenants and make me feel like I shouldn't be upset because a contractor could not take the time to cover with contractor bags or contractor blankets. This was also in a bedroom that was unmarked of where they would be cutting out drywall and water lines. These apartments were better ran under Horizon Management Group, they actually answered their phones for tenants and not just left them or made them feel so dumb. I don't get how you all can just treat people in these kinds of apartments so badly just because we aren't better off.

Again thanks to the lady that treated me so poorly today I truly appreciate it!

My kids are toddlers and are expected to not make any noise. They both have special needs and cannot control themselves. They have a disability and are being harassed daily for this.
Complaints made about my dog but yet I have been shown ZERO proof that it’s him even causing the issues. When I ask for it I’m just ignored.
Upon moving in. The manager on site was notified that my son with severe autism would be yelling jumping stomping due to his neurological condition. She is the one who chose to put us on the third floor knowing that old people live below us. Was told they would relocate us to the first floor. Never happened.
Walls are paper thin and everything echos. Not my problem that’s how they designed their place.
Notices are placed on the door with zero face to face contact unless I approach her.
Unprofessional behavior and conduct. Do not rent from these people or I’m sure you will be harassed too.

Beautiful property. P.P. management. They lie just to shut you up. People are all treated differently depending on if they like you I guess. The latest change is, they are taking away keys. (Only some people have them) we have an electronic door opening system, but if the power goes out you have no way of getting in and neither does emergency personal. There is dog pee and who knows what all coming from one apartment and in the hallway. Management has been made aware of this by more than one person and they choose to ignore the problem.

Cabrini School Lofts - I am very happy here. I asked for and was given permission to plant hostas in the planter pots in front of the building and requested a hose to water them and received that fairly promptly. The outside of the building is kept up fairly well. And the office staff has been reasonably prompt and responsive to my emails. Quite often any texts that are sent do not require a response therefore they do not get one and I understand the staff is very busy with multiple buildings. Of course there are always things that could be improved and done to make it perfect, however I understand that there are limitations to what the management can do legally without infringing on the rights of tenants who live here. Overall, at this point in my tenancy I am satisfied and work politely with all staff to get any issues resolved. Thanks Meghan and Will!

Jessica gets the job done. When you want something done, tell her. Vern will get to you when he can, but he's knowledgeable on everything. Be nice to get rid of the bushes in Manawa Apts. There terrible too look at. That's it.

Worst company ever! Choose Pefferly if you want downtown Appleton. Kirsten and Tyler are absolutely horrible. No response to calls, texts or emails. No maintenance, no help with anything. Living in a tent would be better.
