I rented an office from Access Properties from 2012 - 2021 and it worked out really well for our company. We are a small, video production company that just needed enough room for two editing suites. The building was very secure so we felt that our equipment was safe. Parking was very convenient which our clients appreciated. Overall it was a really good experience and I would recommend renting from Access Properties.

We have had an excellent experience over the last year with Access Properties. The unit was recently renovated with new appliances. Very clean and nice apartment. Property well kept with prompt attention to anything from snow removal to leaky faucet.

Gary, the property manager, has really gone the extra mile to work with us. He and the rest of the staff are very courteous and professional.

We will probably be leaving soon for a different job and town, but would recommend Access without reservation.

I've rented from this company and I can't get things fixed around my home. I went 6 months with a 3 inch gap under my front door and bugs and lizards kept coming in. No one in the company cared to fix it. I even called emergency line and still no fixing nothing! Finally my husband bought stuff to fix the door. Bad company !!!

I rented a professional office from Access Properties from 2002 to 2018. Rent included use of a common waiting area for clients and a well-appointed conference room. I couldn't have asked for better space or more attentive staff.

I have dealt with these people for years, and don’t see how anybody could give them a bad review unless you don’t pay your rent on time. I have done business with them over the years and would highly recommend them
