I have been trying to get my money for over a year. They just keep giving me the run around and continue to do so. I have sent several documents several times over and over and again they continually not want to release my funds. I have become homeless and was unable to get on my feet and the documents they are now requesting are not obtainable because I do not have a car, so no Car insurance document with my name on it. They want a utility bill, well HOMELESS so no utility bill. I am trying to get on my feet and they are with holding a good chunk of my money for no reason. I can only identify my identity so many times in a year, My identity will not change an neither will my documents..... I think it is time for an attorney. I have been with this company for more than 15 years..

Had about $2000 stole out of my account with about $1700 of that coming after I called and cancelled the card. But when my direct deposit tried to go through they didn't allow it but kept allowing transactions to be taken out of my account. Filed police report disputed the charges and was told multiple times that my card was cancelled on one date but they still allowed money to come out my account after that date and denied my dispute and didn't refund my money. Now dealing with trying to get refunded $400 and have to keep doing all this back and forth is ridiculous can't wait to get my money and be done with account Now bc they are horrible company wise and customer service wise. I had to give one star to leave this comment. This company needs to be investigated by authorities. I will be the one to initiate it. This company had mishandled my money for 5 years. I couldn't get into my account, my paycheck was sent back because the company decided to discontinue my card. Instead of telling me, they closed my account. I've called a lawyer to help me. Thus company needs to shut down.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I lost my card. Needed to get money off the card before I ordered another. So I went online to transfer my funds to another card on the account. It didn't work. Went through money gram. The 1st attempt went through but had problems the next time. Eventually I was told by the money gram rep that I needed to get my card company to refund it back then try again. So I called and explained the situation to an account now rep. The rep said it would take 7 business days. This was on 2/24/2018. On 3/6/2018 I checked my account and the money wasn't credited back to my account. I called to get some info about it. After explaining the situation to the rep and to a supervisor I was told that it was never processed and that my account was put on hold until my new card comes. That was the complete opposite of what I asked the rep to do. She, withouth my authorization, took it upon herself to close my account. I have a car note payment due to be taken from my account. Now I'm at risk of losing my car and my check is being deposited but I can't touch any of my money due to the unauthorized hold on my account. This is very unacceptable needs to be handled immediately.

I am really not one to complain, but this company has kept my money for over a month and a 1/2, they closed my account because of some fraudulent attempts on my card. I do appreciate the fact that they were watching out for me, but this calling every week getting the same run around and giving them a copy of my social security card, Drivers License and copy of my paycheck should be enough, what is next my DNA? I JUST NEED MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had this card for years and paying their 9.95 monthly fee, along with very poor service is ridiculous to say the least... A week ago I lost my card,I called account now customer service to update my address and to get a new card...and without my knowledge and due to the severe language bearers...my account was blocked. I've got bills to pay and a direct deposit. They have my money,but everytime I call they keep giving me the run around... "Documents" haven't been updated from "back-office". It will take 3 business days. And if I want my card, well I have to pay $25.00 for expedited shipping, otherwise it will be another 7-10 days before I get my card.
Upon reviewing BBB, this company has 731 compaints open for this same exact thing... And their "customer service" is out sourced to an "off shore" company. Hense the "India" accents.... I'm done with being a victim of this company....

This is the worst company. I am off on Christmas break. I get a part of my direct deposit sent to account now and the other to chase. My chase funds was deposited when my employer sent them out on Friday the 22nd. I have been waiting on my money from account now to post and nothing. They have disabled the talk to a representative option on the automated system so I cannot speak with someone about my deposit and why it has not posted yet. The message on the phone says they post funds as soon as they get the deposit which is not true. Of this was chase and account now should have posted my funds around the same time. Instead of them including a message stating they would be close for the holidays they just send your call i loops until the system hangs up on you. I have also had problems with them proving that I have mad certain purchases all of my money has not been accounted for and they want send u a print out of your transactions. The worst company ever. Even rush card will send u a print out. I can't take more than 400 out at the atm at a time which is frustrating due to the fact that my rent is 1400 so I can to do this over a long period of days causing my to be late. I asked how I could take my money out all at once so I can close the account and they want give me and accurate option other than taken 400 out each day. I hate this company if i could have giving them a negative star I would have. I have the account now gold card and they us nothing gold about the service. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well I would urge the rest of the unhappy customers to do the same.

This company will send a prepaid visa card to anyone. My suggestion to this company is don't make it EASY for minors...children under the age of 18 to access. I a parent of a minor child who went online and got a card SHOCKED at what I was able to see HOW easy it is to put in false information and get a card. I feel you REALLY need to step up your process. As a company you should also have live customer reps to deal with the public who get your cards.
