This bank doesn't care about their customers. I waited for 16 days to get a bank card. Then had to pay 12 to get said bank from the bank. Honestly it should have been free. Then had a company fraudulently take money the product was supposed to be $69. 95 turned around got a call from the fraud department. Said No because they just decided the were taking $159.85. Well when I get paid going to a different bank. Won't be doing business with Acpe ever again.

Worst bank in the state. I have talked to ranchers, business owners, and other long term residents of Wyoming and they all told me they have never has a good experience with having acount or loan through them. My experience nobody there knows how to do there job, they don't communicate and they can't figure out how to put numbers in the computer for acounts. The loan officer can't even read an email and put in account information in. Every single one of them there are stuck up snob noses. You'd have better luck with Wellsfargo I've had bad experience with them as well but at least they understand numbers and how to put them in. If I could leave a 0 star I would

We have been at ACPE for 25+ years! The reason I joined is the same reason I have stayed all these years. I always feel like I'm an old friend and the service is wonderful! From Marcia (the President) down the staff is super friendly and helpful!

I've been a loyal customer and have had an account with A.C.P.E. for over 30 years. I have had next too no problems with them. They have great staff and are more than willing to help with just about anything. If you don't come in with an attitude they are very easy to get along with.

I have worked with ACPE FCU for years! From car loans, checking, savings! They have worked with me, know me personally. When my dauugher was recoverying from Cancer they sent me a card to let me know they were all rooting for her! No bank has ever done that! ACPE set's the bar for customer service! I thought bankers were supposed to be more professional and friendly. I just had Joe yelling and cussing at me in the parking lot of ACPE when I had voluntarily surrendered my vehicle. I had cleaned it out(just not detailed) and it wasnt good enough for him. He then went on to yell that my credit will be more trashed than it was going to because he will make sure he ruins it more. Never ever go to this bank. You will get unprofessionals yelling at you for anything they don’t like. This bank needs to be shut down

Night and day experiences going in and using their 'new technology' mobile app....

The people here generally are always friendly with a smile on their face and more than willing to help. I have been doing business here for many many years, and was always happy to do so. I never had a single problem going in to the brick and mortar building to get my banking done. Sadly, I am now rethinking my long standing relationship with this establishment.

DO NOT TRUST THE MOBILE APP. Seriously, it cost me money attempting to use a direct deposit on a check due to no fault of my own. The app refuses to accept it, and due to the instructions it now has 'electronic deposit only' written on it - making me unable to deposit it anywhere else.

They refused to help fix the situation and acted like it was my problem. Truly unacceptable for this day and age. I understand that technology can cause such hiccups, but I attempted to fix the situation to the best of my ability. Emailing a picture of the check should fix this problem if the app refuses to do so. NOPE. They claim the only solution is to 'mail it in', or come in in person - both of which will just run into other problems due to how they specifically made me endorse it. From 'instant deposit' to ... well, perhaps sometime deposit if we can ever get this figured out... If I do all the work to fix their mistake that is.

Being hundreds of miles away currently, I could have set up another account at another bank and had this taken care of in less time than any of the proposed "solutions".... HOWEVER that isn't an option due to their required endorsement system. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed. I would be happy to change this review, if they went to any effort to fix the problems they created.

We needed a bank when we went to Laramie. I had Wells Fargo and was sick of fees, so I switched to ACPE. They charged me no fees other than for a cashier check. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I came in. I felt secure with them. This is a bank I would highly recommend if you are staying in Laramie.
