Our ac unit was blowing hot air so I reached out to Christean. She responded within the hour and had somebody on-site in less than 24 hours. In addition the owner of the property replaced the unit the next day (right before a 90 degree weekend). I expect things to inevitably go wrong with a house, but the response from the management group is everything and they’ve been great to work with so far.

I think you learn more about a company when things go wrong than when everything's perfect. In my case, things went wrong with a neighboring toilet. The team at A-Creative Property Management stepped up, were very responsive and very professional in both checking on the problem and fixing it. This included after-hours Friday work. After, when the separate local HOA management company made a mistake in paperwork, A-Creative stepped up again to clear up the HOA's internal issues. Easy to deal with, very professional and responsive - a well-earned 5-stars to A-Creative Property Management.

This company is worse than anyone could ever imagine! Greedy and abusive, using HOA money wuthout any control, turning residents ' lives upside down! Beware of this company! They should not be in the business at all!
