What a scam these reviews are for Active Realty. Some positive reviews come from employees!!

My deal was filled with surprises misrepresentations and failures to disclose. They were more interested in getting a deal for themselves than watching out for my interests. Specifically, they failed to point out my condo unit did not have air conditioning. I tried to turn it on after I moved in only to find there was none. I cannot be in my place in the daytime because of the heat. Now I find that the association may not allow it. I have to hire a contractor and go the through an expensive application and licensing process. If I am approved it will only be for a very expensive unit. This was not the only problem😡 They have failed to do anything to fix the problem.
