I’ve rented in San Diego, Houston, and Florida and have never had an experience like I’ve had with active renter. Move-in process was as kosher as it can be, and Richard’s team has some of the best communication skills out there. My calls have all been answered or retuned within 12 hours, prices are transparent, and the actual paperwork is 99% electronic.

Since moving in we’ve have 2 minor appliance issues that were taken care the week of. Their team is highly responsive and puts effort into talking to the landlord and ensuring they uphold their responsibility to the tenant. We’ve been moved in about 2 months now and I don’t have a single complaint. Remember guys a landlord is a landlord but the property management company should be protecting both parties from confusion and holding them accountable. Active renter does this in outstanding fashion. Will update in a year when we move out.

I rented a property from Active Renter for two years, and I was met with prompt assistance each time I needed something. In the two years that I lived there I was given complete privacy and everything that they said they would take care of was taken care of. They had pest control come by routinely and landscaping was done every other week. They have fair terms in their contracts that protect the renter, the management company, and the owner. I appreciated renting from this management company and especially appreciated the leniency when it came to paying rent on time, especially considering the economic situation we find ourselves in today. I recommend renting from Active Renter if you are looking for a management company that not only cares about the owners and their property, but respects you as their client. 10/10!
