Very rude employees. Actually I don’t know how they run the bussiness with this type of employees, they have no knowledge when it comes with legalities. By the name of Rich, very unprofessional. Be very careful if I were you, and prolly should learn your legalities.
I do not recommend any of their properties with this type of people.

I've been with Adams and Adams for 10yrs... rented 2 properties throughout that period and never had any issues with the company it's self. They've been prompt with repairs or replacements, and try to do everything to accommodate my needs as a tennent.

I read the previous posts and could not disagree more. Sometimes, issues take more time than others and this is due to the Land Lords budget for that property.
